Business Model Analysis


Business model has been (one of?) the common factors of the regulatory discourse - the 'c-factor' - between conduct risk and prudential regulation.  This post identifies the key questions that a business model analysis should seek to answer. 

The PRA has been implementing business model analysis as part of its supervisory process. This post covers that in more detail.
